What does it look like to “be the living proof of a loving God” (www.vintagegrace.org) in our community? We know the needs are HUGE both locally and globally and it can overwhelm us to do good because we think our little effort won’t affect the need. But it does. Here are 3 things that are making a difference both locally and globally.
Check out

Check out re:Visions, a local gently used home decor and furniture store committed to giving back 100% of their profits!
A total volunteer effort relying on donations from the community. They need your donations both of goods and funds to continue to meet their mission goal. Currently they are raising funds for a web page to make re:Visions a shopping destination! They are always recruiting volunteers too! If you would like to donate items, volunteer or donate financially you can contact the store at [email protected] or by phone 530-350-8647 or mail a check to re:Visions. Their address is: 3450 Palmer Drive, 8-9, Cameron Park, CA 95682. For now you can check out their Facebook page!

These are just 3 things that have my attention! Find what you are passionate about and seek out where it is God would have you “be the living proof of a loving God”. Ask God, what are you inviting me into today?
YES the need is great, and can feel overwhelming. But it is doable! And worth it!!
My hope and prayer is that you will and do something!
